Appointments can be made up to two weeks in advance with the doctor, but there are appointments available for booking from 8.30 on the same day.
To make an appointment either call the surgery or telephone the surgery during opening hours. The receptionist will book you an appointment at the earliest available opportunity. Appointments are always in demand, please be punctual and tell us if you are unable to keep the appointment so that it can be offered to someone else. For some services such as minor surgery, medical examinations, you may be asked to come at a time outside normal surgery hours.
You can now book an appointment using our online service click here.
If you want to register to use our online services you need to come to reception in person with something that proves your identity such as a bank card, utility bill, or drivers licence. You will be given a user name and password and then will be able to use our online services.
Unfortunately, you are not able to book online appointments with any of our nursing team because the length of nurse appointment times vary depending on why you are seeing them.
If you have an urgent problem which you feel cannot wait for a normal appointment please explain this to the receptionist as time is put aside at the end of each surgery to deal with such requests.
The doctor and nurses are happy to give advice on the telephone where possible. The receptionists are instructed not to interrupt a surgery unless the matter is urgent and will advise you either when to ring back or the doctor/nurse will ring you back.
